1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of SweepsPlayWorld.com (the “Service”), operated by SweepsPlayWorld Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & account rules

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise. We may require verification to protect users and the Service.

3) Social casino; virtual currency has no real-world value

• The Service is a social casino entertainment product and does not offer real-money gambling.
• Any coins, credits, points, tokens, or similar virtual items (“Virtual Currency/Items”) are for gameplay only, have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable outside the Service.
• No cash prizes or real-world prizes are awarded through gameplay on the Service.

4) Prohibited conduct

• No cheating, bots, automation, exploit use, reverse engineering, or interference with the Service.
• No abusive, unlawful, or infringing content or conduct; no impersonation or unauthorised access.
• No buying/selling/trading accounts or Virtual Currency/Items; such activity may result in loss of items and account closure.

5) IP, licence, and user content

We and our licensors own the Service, software, and content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful entertainment. If you submit content (e.g., usernames, chat), you grant us a worldwide licence to host, use, and display it to operate the Service.

6) Gameplay fairness & availability

Game outcomes are generated by software (including RNG where applicable). We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or that the Service will always be available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or Virtual Currency/Items at any time.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove Virtual Currency/Items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose risk to others, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies).

9) Disputes, complaints, and governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
